Abstract

|
The objective of this study is to review suits related to the employment promotion for vulnerable social group such as disabled person, aged person etc. under the normal conditions of labor market and improve the improvement methods for the support system. The analyzed precedents in this study are available to check the texts of judgement and clear in fact relation except for some duplicated contents related to promotion of employment of the disabled and employment promotion for the aged. And these analyzed precendents were selected. Therefore, 2 precedents from the Constitutional Court, 3 precedents from supreme court, other precedents from lower courts and 3 precedents from administrative courts were used for analysis. Through this study has a significance in proposing political implications for the vulnerable social group by researching the weak points of acts for the employment promotion.
